Iyalode is a business enthusiatlst and strategist who has helped many business owners find their footing in the city of Ibadan; priding herself in the vision of helping small and medium scale businesses survive, grow and thrive in Ibadan.
Iyalode is one of a very few in the city whose businesses have grown despite the negativity that engulfs the city’s business environment; and contrary to numerous compellation to relocate for better opportunities, having filled her intraspace, chose to stay in the city and help make it a better place for other business owners to survive and thrive in.
Iyalode is passionate about life, people, emotional and mental health, the vision, and her environment.
Iyalode is an individual that is constantly bursting with creativity seeking expression in different crafts and art; stops at nothing to seek knowledge and is always eager to teach from her depth of knowledge.
Iyalode is a fantastic sales person, a seasoned marketer, a media personality, an author, a farmer, a mentor and counsellor, pain management Therapist, and a small business conglomerate.
She enjoys good music and loves to spread joy; she delights in seeing the world a better place, starting with her immediate environment and this forms her unique character.
Iyalode has a B. Agric from the University of Agriculture Abeokuta (now, Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta); MSc in International Business from the University of Gloucestershire; CIM certification (UK) and has attended numerous workshops and trainings on project management, business growth, management and leadership.
Iyalode worked with the ministry of Agriculture; department of crop development and research unit; leventis foundation; blue ocean (UK), before taking the decision to embark on a long chain of businesses providing solutions and bridging gaps, all of which eventually evolved and led her to her current path in business sojourn. She has published 2 books, numerous magazines and online stories/ articles.
Iyalode is the Founder and President of Ibadan Business Hub; and the convener of Ibadan Business Festival, which has now evolved into Ibadan City Festival.
